Combining the strengths of two generations, highly-skilled Chefs and exquisite ingredients – both in the kitchen and in our bars, Cardamom Black was born from the love and passion of serving great food in a truly unique environment – The Old Empire Theatre, one of Yorkshire’s most iconic venues.
